OSG Norwich Pharmaceuticals has a 115-year pharmaceutical heritage. As part of Outsourcing Services Group, the 375,000 square foot plant in Norwich, New York is 27 years-old, fully capitalized, and operates as a contract services facility with a long term agreement to supply P&G Pharmaceuticals’ Rx products.

Norwich capabilities include solid dose, non sterile liquid, non sterile semi-solid, and hydrophilic urethane sponge manufacturing and packaging. the manufacturing platforms include PK blending, Tote blending, Bohle blending, Fluid Bed processing, and various size liquid/semi-solid tanks. they offer a separate Clinical Suite that is a "plant within a plant", with an independent HVAC and DI water system. OSG also offers a Potent Compound Manufacturing Area, designed for products that require containment and dust control. Packaging formats include bottles, jars, blisters, pouches, and specialty packaging systems. All manufacturing and packaging operations are in individual suites, and dedicated space is available. Hardware and systems are in place for the handling of Schedule II, III and IV controlled substances.

Quality services include analytical testing, microbiological testing, stability storage and testing, and validation services. They have the capability to write Annual Product Reviews and Stability Reports, including data analysis and final report writing. they excel in performing method transfers and also provide analytical and microbiological method development services. OSG Norwich has an excellent Regulatory record with the FDA, MHRA and BfArM. The customer audits have yielded very positive results with all potential clients approving the site for production.

OSG does not market, nor do they intend to market, any products under the name or a third-party affiliate. They do not own any formulas or ANDA’s. Thus, they will not compete with the customers, either directly or indirectly. In addition to Allendale Pharmaceuticals and P&G Pharmaceuticals Norwich’s customers include big pharma, generic and specialty pharma companies.

Access Sales & Marketing, LLC

AlPhar has identified and contracted with Access, LLC an out-source sales management firm started in 1996. This team provides AlPhar with both unique experience directly related to the business challenge and an ability to provide broad field management for the expense of one or two full time sales managers. AlPhar will eventually hire a National Sales Manager to work with Access. Until that time, Access will be managed by Mr. Detroyer
Their capabilities include brand, product and promotion development along with sales strategy formulation and distribution implementation. Client work has included Johnson & Johnson's Lifescan Division, Novartis Consumer Health, BellSouth, Abbott Diagnostics, Walt Disney Records, Global Star, Enamelon, AT&T affiliates and Can-Am Care.

Mr. Guest spent 15 years with the Whitehall-Robins OTC consumer products division of AHP ("WR/AHP"). He has managed sales teams across the United States. In 1993, he was appointed Vice President of Sales at AHP corporate headquarters. In 1984, Mr. Guest helped launch the Advil® brand of ibuprofen into the OTC analgesic category while managing the balance of the Whitehall-Robins portfolio including Robitussin®, Centrum®, and the Today® Sponge. Throughout Mr. Guest's career he has established strong working relationships with all key retailers in the mass marketplace as well as acquired strong selling and sales management skills.
